Ken and his crew definitely ticked off all the boxes that were important for me when I hired him to replace all my wood deck railings with PVC ones. Kenneth Mills came the same day my son called and asked if he could stop by to check on a leak that we had. He checked it and came back the next morning and replaced a few rows of shingles that matched almost perfectly and replaced 3 vents also. I contacted Kenneth Mills hoping to get a leak resolved. He came out and unlike others, he did not try to convince me that I needed a new roof. Echo the previous comments about Kenneth and his crew. When was the last time you had this kind of work done ahead of schedule and under budget with stellar results? Kenneth and his crew showed up every day (even weekends) early in the morning and worked until after dark to finish our job in a timely manner. After sustaining some water damage, they re-sided our entire house with Hardie Plank, and replaced our shingle roof with seamless metal, as well as replacing some windows and skylights. I am writing in reference to repairs made by Kenneth Mills Roofing. He and his team recently made repairs to a leak in my roof, centered around my fireplace chimney. He and his crew came on the weekend, discussed with me everything that was needed, gave me a fair price and made the necessary repairs quickly. Kenneth and his employees did an awesome job fixing my roof. It was repaired by someone else but still leaked. After Kenneth finished not only was the leaks gone he restored my roof so that I don't have to worry about any leaks from where my house had additions. Kenneth Mills repaired my roof that was leaking. He responded quickly and found the cause of the problem. He put a tarp over the area to protect it until he could return to repair with the shingles that I have on my home. He repaired my roof today. He was very thorough and checked areas of concern beyond the initial damaged and repaired that area as well, showing me pictures of the damage. I was very pleased with my experience.
