When was the last time you paid attention to your gutters? Gutters are a critical part of your home's infrastructure that often goes unnoticed until problems arise. Regular gutter maintenance is essential to prevent costly and potentially hazardous issues, so booking a professional gutter service should be at the top of your to-do list.
Gutters play a vital role in protecting your home from water damage by redirecting rainwater away from the foundation. If we become clogged with leaves, twigs, or debris, water can overflow and seep into your walls, causing structural damage and promoting mold growth. Booking a professional gutter service ensures that your gutters are regularly inspected, cleaned, and repaired if necessary.
Not only do well-maintained gutters protect your home's foundation but also enhance its overall curb appeal. As water spills over clogged gutters during heavy rainfall or melting snow, it can splash onto exterior surfaces like siding or windowsills. This not only leads to unsightly stains but also accelerates wear and tear on these areas.
By investing in regular gutter services now, you can save yourself from potential headaches down the road. Don't wait until an overflowing gutter causes significant harm to your property—book a professional gutter service today!

Kenneth Mills came the same day my son called and asked if he could stop by to check on a leak that we had. He checked it and came back the next morning and replaced a few rows of shingles that matched almost perfectly and replaced 3 vents also. He was so nice to do this so fast before all this rain was coming in from a tropical system. We are most thankful for his fast and great work for us. Definitely recommend him and will not hesitate to call on him again if needed. See more See less

I am writing in reference to repairs made by Kenneth Mills Roofing. He and his team recently made repairs to a leak in my roof, centered around my fireplace chimney. He and his crew came on the weekend, discussed with me everything that was needed, gave me a fair price and made the necessary repairs quickly. Previously, several people made unsuccessful repair attempts, resulting in more leaks. Mr. Mills even corrected some problems (rotten wood and missing concrete seams) that could cause problems in the future. I highly recommend Kenneth Mills Roofing for your repairs. I am a happy and satisfied customer! See more See less
Very friendly and fast..He was also very helpful. See more See less
Echo the previous comments about Kenneth and his crew. When was the last time you had this kind of work done ahead of schedule and under budget with stellar results? Kenneth and his crew showed up every day (even weekends) early in the morning and worked until after dark to finish our job in a timely manner. After sustaining some water damage, they re-sided our entire house with Hardie Plank, and replaced our shingle roof with seamless metal, as well as replacing some windows and skylights. We couldn’t be more pleased with the final results, and we thought Ken’s fees were perfectly reasonable. We won’t hesitate to call him again. See more See less
YALL. HIRE THIS MAN. Kenneth was SUCH a good choice for us. We had to have our roof replaced prior to moving into our first home. He not only had it replaced quickly, but he ALSO caught things that for sure should have been done the first time, and they weren't. He explained to us what needed to be done, why it needed to be done, and his plan to make it affordable AND safe for our family. He offered to do some additional services for us, that we would NOT have been able to take care of ourselves right away. He is brilliant, personable, and competent. For real for real, hire him. you will not regret it. *stamp of approval* See more See less
I in the past few months I have had a new roof completed on my home in Morehead city, NC. I asked friends about recommendations and I was told by a trusted friend that Keneth Mills roofing was the place to call. I called Mr. Mills. Mr Mills came out the next day. We talked about what I wanted and what he thought would be best and we came to an agreement. Two or three weeks later he and his crew were at my house and the process was started and completed without issue. We went with a white steel standing seam roof. The quality of the roof is first class. The price was competitive. The whole process was first class. Don’t start a roof without calling Keneth Mills Roofing. Give him a chance, you will be glad you did. Phil Lindsey Morehead City, NC. See more See less

We had Kenneth put a new roof on our house, he estimated 2.5 days and got done the 2nd day. With full roof underlayment. Outstanding work by Kenneth and his crew. Great guy and very honest. The only roof you want is a Kenneth Mills roof. See more See less
Nothing but positive things to say about Kenneth Mills and his crew! Extremely professional, polite, and thorough. We had leaks/rot that stemmed from improper original construction practices. I would highly recommend Kenneth Mills and his team for your roofing needs! See more See less

Ken and his crew definitely ticked off all the boxes that were important for me when I hired him to replace all my wood deck railings with PVC ones. He came on time the day he quoted the job, was prompt in sending me a quote which was reasonable, showed up for the job when he said he would and delivered quality work. He and his crew even stayed till 7:30 on a Friday night as they wanted to get a certain amount done before they left. Professional, good natured, reliable, reasonably priced and competent. What more could you ask for? I was so happy with his work that I've asked him to quote another job for me. Hire this guy! You won't regret it! See more See less
Kenneth was great to work with. He was super honest about the condition of my roof and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell me. He was also really flexible with my schedule and quick to respond anytime I had questions. He came out fast before the scheduled rain and got everything done—replaced the pipe sleeves, fixed the chimney flashing, added a ridge vent, and even threw in a quick leak repair at no charge. Friendly, reliable, and easy to work with. I’ll definitely call him again when I’m ready for a full roof replacement. See more See less
High quality work. My new shingles look great. I highly recommend this business. See more See less
Highly recommend this company! Kenneth and his crew did a fantastic job on my roof and helped me replace the ceiling on the inside of the house where the leak came through. When I called for a quote they came out the same day and gave me an estimate (for a more than fair price) and they were able to get me in within a week or so to do the roof replacement. When they came out to put the new roof on, they started at 8 am and had the old roof off by noon. The underlayment (tongue and groove) was replaced and the new shingles completely done by 5pm the same day. Really prompt service, more than fair price, outstanding group of guys who put in a lot of hard work at the best quality you could ever ask for. Kenneth was very kind and made a very stressful situation a walk in the park all said and done. I will definitely be a returning customer for any and all construction and roofing needs in the future. Thank you guys so much! See more See less
It's so nice and very easy to have a contractor that I trust. Kenny and his guys were completely reliable. They were on time, courteous, and they did excellent and fast work on my roof. We ended up having to replace 84 sheets of plywood but they handled it in stride. There's no standing around talking or killing time. When they were here they were working. Kenny uses the latest technology to investigate your roof conditions before and after. The Drone pictures and videos exposed the condition of my roof to me. Even the clean up was exceptional and was a ongoing thing the entire time they were here. Kenny was so concerned about a few nails behind the shrubs he stayed and even called one of his employees to bring a portable magnet to complete the job. If you need a roof and you want a trustworthy, honest and competitively priced contractor, do yourself a favor and call Kenneth Mills Roofing. Sit back and watch these guys do it right. He is my go to guy as long as I own a home. Thx Guys! See more See less
Kenneth and his team recently did some joist replacements as well as new subfloor in my kitchen. He came in knowing a jack leg had attempted the repair previously, but it was worse than we expected and the scope more than doubled. His team worked for 14 hours to eventually replace 9 joists and Advantech the subfloors, and still finished it in one day! Can’t say enough about their hard work as well as craftsmanship. Amazing job, reasonably priced, awesome experience! Highly recommend! See more See less
